A History of True Teachings

Since very long ago, in the western world philosophers, writers, artists and many other have found inspiration in the teachings that about religion and metaphysics have come from the far away land of India.

Back in the 1830's in Dakshineswar, Ramakrishna was teaching a group of young students on the path to Self Realization. Since then lots of things have come to us in the Western world from Incredible India!

Ramakrishna died and his disciples started to teach his teachings. Among them there was this very special person. Narendranath later known as the Swami Vivekananda.

Swami Vivekananda, after arriving to the USA in 1893 was invited to the world parliament of Religions were he approached the audience with the following address:

Since then an attraction to the teachings of tolerance and love that came from the East started to attract lots of good minds from the western world, amongst them Carl Jung that said about man's individuality:

At the same time Jung was speaking these words, other Spiritual Teachers in the far away land of India were leading many other westerners into the idea of the Universal Mind, into the idea of Universal Consciousness, Ramana Maharshi was teaching in his beloved mountain of Arunachala...

While many westerners went to Arunachala, at his home, there was another teacher speaking about God Consciousness as a birth right... Nisargadatha Maharaj

And things started to move in the Western World, May 1968 was the time things turned around. People were not happy with the war in Vietnam and a shout for Love was there. Sounding all around. The Beatles came then to India. Meditation started to become a word that many spoke about. Free Love also. A revolution was about to start of incredible consequences yet to be discovered.

Since then many others have come around of which in these pages we will give an account of. But amongst them all, Gururaj Ananda Yogi left thousands of hours of recorded material that will be posted in this website for the benefit of mankind.

I hope to see you soon back in these pages.
